Product Overview
This is a slim shoe cabinet for entryway use, built on MDF with an environmentally friendly melamine finish. The carcass depth is thin, suitable for entryways, hallways, and areas with limited depth. It can be produced to customer-supplied dimensions, divisions, and colors.
Key Advantages
Carcass depth 150–250 mm, suitable for entryways with limited depth
The slim carcass suits areas with limited depth such as beside entry doors and hallways. Compared with standard-depth shoe cabinets, the slim version provides shoe storage without occupying passage space, suitable for small apartment and homestay entrances.
Suitable shoe types confirmed before ordering
The slim carcass suits flat shoes, sneakers, slippers, and other regular shoe types. For high-top shoes or boots, a standard-depth shoe cabinet is recommended, or internal shelf height must be confirmed. This is checked before ordering to avoid fitting issues after delivery.
Tipping bucket hardware model confirmed with minimum depth
The minimum achievable depth depends on the tipping bucket hardware model and the shoe type. Hardware model and minimum depth are confirmed together before production, rather than treating 150 mm as a fixed minimum for all hardware.

Applications
- Small apartment entryway shoe storage
- Apartment / homestay slim hallway storage
- Slim shoe cabinets beside entry doors
- Slim space utilization at hallway ends
- Living room border-style slim shoe cabinets
- Shoe cabinet units within whole-house furniture procurement

Packaging & Shipping
Slim carcass panels are thinner, and the packing volume increase ratio is slightly lower than standard-depth shoe cabinets. Tipping bucket hardware is packed separately in sealed bags inside the carton to avoid loss during transport. Carcasses are packed flat for knock-down assembly. Extra-long panels use plywood crates on the outer layer for reinforcement.
Standard cabinet packaging volume increases by 15%–25% compared with bare panels. The slim version has a slightly lower increase ratio due to thinner panels. Quotation and booking must be based on packed volume. For volumes below 12–15 CBM, LCL is recommended. Above this range, fixed freight allocation per unit is lower with full containers.
OEM/ODM
OEM and private label production are supported. Production can follow customer technical drawings or prototypes, with samples confirmed before mass production. Custom sample development lead time is one month.

Quality Control
Quality control for the shoe cabinet for entryway slim focuses on carcass depth and tipping bucket hardware installation holes. During production, each batch of slim carcass panels is checked for depth and hole positions against drawings. Before packaging, tipping bucket opening and closing smoothness is sampled. Carcass panels are inspected by batch for finish surface condition and edge banding adhesion. Third-party inspection is accepted. After shipment, if quality problems are confirmed as factory responsibility, the factory takes full responsibility; transport damage is handled by cost-based repair. Products carry a one-year warranty.
